magic mouse not clicking or scrolling on El Capitan

Hello Guys! Need your help, after the OS X update:

my mouse isn't clicking or scrolling !

tried to verify disk, i made reset of PRAM, i unpaired and pair the mouse so many times, once my mouse was able to normal use here on the job, but when i turn of the mac, and turn on it on my home the mouse didn't responded .

I called the apple support and the guys said to reinstall again cause should be a conflict i made it and nothing.

and i still have batteries :

how the mouse is moving, and sometimes click i thing isn't a hardware problem .. so can u give some help ?
